Hey the $35 laptop is launched in INDIA...

Hello... 

 I was thinking that we don't have anything like cheapest laptop in INDIA. We should have it because that is the most essential element of studies, party, style, enjoyment...You can say everything. I searched over Internet also but i could not find any news about it. I got only few advertisements of vendors claiming their laptops as cheapest. But i found some interesting fact and truth which I am sharing with you all.

Mr. Kapil Sibal, HRD minister of India had a dream of making it big by launching the cheapest laptop in INDIA and he kept his promise also by launching the cheapest laptop in INDIA at only mere $35. The target market is very interesting as it comprises of the learners category , be it in primary school or in universities. Moreover he is thinking to bring the price at $10...We are keeping our fingers crossed...


It is a low cost device with touch screen widget, Internet browsers, pdf readers, video conferencing features and many more useful and necessary features.The device is based on Linux. The most surprising thing is that it can also run on solar energy as provision of that is also there. The laptop is designed by the team of HRD minister. The thing which I don't like about it is that it has small memory and no hard disk but Mr.Kapil Sibal said it is better for only students to satisfy their need. 


So the $35 device is there from 2011 targeting the higher educational institutions an we are ready to get the cheapest laptop ....
